2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Use a trackable shipping service to return the item to the provided address. Sikoni is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit, so we recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind or ordering mistake: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a defect, error, or damaged product: Sikoni will cover the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, Sikoni will process your refund in accordance with the following:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- The refund will include the product amount only, less any shipping and handling costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Please allow up to 7–14 business days for your bank or financial institution to process the refund after the return has been approved.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Upon verification, Sikoni will provide instructions for returning the defective item and will issue a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference. In this case, Sikoni will cover the return shipping costs.

- Customized, engraved, or personalized items unless the mistake was on our part.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
